We are Brad and Janis Luebe, and we are excited to bring you the malasada, Hawaii's donut! After closing our Hawaiian Shave Ice food truck for the year, we started looking for something for the winter months and ran across Wiki-licious Malasadas. Even though Nebraska is not the place that comes to mind when you think of the ocean and the Hawaiian vibe, the soft, sugary, pillow of deliciousness seemed like a great fit for us. I had my first bite, and it took me back to when my grandma would make homemade donuts! Needless to say, I was hooked. We are looking forward to getting to know all of you, and what better way to do that than over a warm malasada!
