We are so excited to finally open Wikilicious Fairbanks! We can’t wait to share our love of Malasadas with the Fairbanks North Star Borough. As a female veteran-owned business, we feel privileged to bring this unique treat to our community and hope that you will join us in celebrating the deliciousness of Wiki’s Malasadas. We are Melissa, JD, Jackson and Jace. We first discovered Malasadas when we were stationed at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. It was an unexpected gift that a coworker brought in. I was hooked. Not long after, I was placing my first order and our family was hooked.
As an entrepreneurial-minded family looking for the right opportunities, we started looking at Malasadas in that light. It felt like it could be the right fit. One more search led us to Wiki’s franchising page. It felt like the stars were aligning once we found out we were PCSing to the Eielson and North Pole area. A Wiki available area!!
We look forward to embarking on this journey together as a family! As parents, we want to teach and mentor our kids in the fundamentals of business and all of the life lessons that will come with it. We are confident that, with our guidance, this journey will be a memorable experience for each and every one of us, adults and children alike.
